Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Most items ship within 24-48hrs of order confirmation (working days).  This excludes custom items which will require additional processing time.  In the event an item is not available for shipment within this duration you will be notifed and given the option to remove that item from your order.

Shipping prices quoted on the website are for the 48 contiguous US States and does not include Hawaii or Alaska. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Free Shipping applies only to Standard Ground Services such as UPS and Fedex. Ground Freight Charges can be added where applicable on products that require ground freight (Bodies, Tops etc). Additional charges will not be applied without prior customer consent.

Keep in mind that most shippers tracking information may take 12-24hrs to update.  Once shipped, MAV Carts has no control over the speed of delivery to your address. 

In some instances additional shipping charges may apply.  These include shipment of large items to residential areas.  If there is a differential between the shopping cart estimate and actual shipping charges, you will be contacted and given the option to move forward or cancel the order at that time.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Damaged Shipments:

MAV Carts is not responsible for items once they leave our facility.  Upon arrival make sure to inspect your items prior to accepting delivery.

In the instance there is damage, you must notate this with the delivery driver.  Take good pictures and send the information, including pictures, shipping ticket, and order information, via email to damage@mavcarts.com .  We will process damage reports as quickly as possible. 

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Customers must receive an authorization number (RMA) from MAV Carts prior to returning any parts. Customers are responsible for return freight and must include the authorized RMA number on the box. If available, please include a copy of the invoice or picking list for the original shipment. RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from issue date. There is a 25% restocking fee for non-warranty or MAV Carts error returns that are returned over 10 days from purchase date.

Only items that are currently stocked are eligible for return. Items returned without an RMA Number are subject to refusal or a 25% restocking fee. Freight Collect or COD returns will be refused. All items must be returned complete and unused.

Warranty:

MAV Carts does not offer any warranty on parts sold.  Each part will be protected by the manufacturers warranty and we will be happy to assist you with warrantly claim processing with the manufacturer.
